I completely spaced off doing a recipe today so this is just a quicky dessert suggestion.

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite berries (I prefer blueberries or strawberries)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream (about 1-2 tbsp)

Directions:

  1. Place berries in a bowl
  2. Pour cream over top
  3. Enjoy!

Personally I love using frozen blueberries because the cream freezes as it is poured over and you end up with a version of ice cream. It’s delish.

This also reminds me of the Starburst Berries & Cream commercial (very annoying). Watch if you dare:
