food for thought: doing

The serenity and insight which we gain from this program help us realize that we do not have to do anything. There is always a choice.

January 22nd

This kind of goes along with the quote “don’t should on yourself.” 

I’m not forced to do anything I don’t want to do. I have a choice. I can say fuck off if I need to. I do what I choose. Hopefully I choose to do for me what is healthy and beneficial. But if I don’t, it’s okay.

I don’t need to be so hard on myself.
