This side dish is awesome. Slightly sweet, slightly buttery, slightly exotic ,and super yummy.
- 2 cups cauliflower flowerets
- 2 cups julienne carrots (I like using the pre-cut carrot chips)
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsps butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Toss well and place mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover dish tightly and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
