quickie update on the sugar free challenge

No sugar is going surprisingly well. Even to the point that I’m really limiting the carbs I eat too. Today I had two pieces of bread (sandwich) and that was the only carb other than fruits and vegetables. And I’m being careful not to overdo the fruits, just 2 servings today.

I picked up some coconut flour today and am really looking forward to making coconut pancakes over the weekend. 

Have lost 3 lbs since going sugar free too. I think i can do this primal stuff.
