I picked up a book called Primal Body Primal Mind by Nora Gedgaudas after a review and recommendation of it by Fat Head.
I started reading it about 5 days ago and I’m absolutely loving it. I’m around 150 pages into and I find it well organized and easy to read because the chapters are bite size and the science is mostly simplified.
This is jam packed with good information about our body and brain and why carbs are detrimental to its function.
I highly recommend it and will talk more about the things I read as I work my way through the book. Check back for more!
